This isn't exactly like the fortify one-hand or fortify two-hand enchantments, it isn't multiplicative with potion buffs unlike the other damage enchantments. You've done the cheap thing and copy-pasted the effect from alchemy which I was afraid of, not to mention you have four ITM records that cannot be cleaned for this mod to work.
With no proper (lore friendly) way of enhancing follower magic, this is pretty much a must have mod.
Damn why vanilla game is so bad in spell damage, even the perk only give max 50% duh! Combined with mana/mana regen issue, spellcaster is way way way way gimped compared to physical combat.

Ironically, I did not get this mod for my own character. I use SkyTweak, which allows me to set my own spell damage to scale with the skill. But that doesn't work for your companions, and I use Mirai. Having this enchant on gloves, boots, amulet, and ring helps make her spells actually worth a damn at lv 60, and all without having to edit game settings or anything else. Great mod!
