With the latest version everthing is working fine now.

    Thank you.

( One last thing remains now but whenever possible with no hurries, the weapons.. )

I can't understand why this mod has not more endorsements, its very good especially with ANY lighting/shading mod!

    Another example

    Death plan...

Also uploaded some pics in "images" section (Verify them to be visible).

    Ok man,thanks.

I will endorse when this mod is completed,I hope you find this fair enough(and really hope you finish it some time).

EDIT: I will give you my endorsement because I really like using your armor.
Thanks again for this but please, just fix the neck issue and make matched weapons and shield when possible.

@spanian77 Well, I'll see when I can, because I'll have to go back and change the stuff then, and I'm very busy for the net while.

Blitz when ever possible please fix the neck in your two cuirass nif files and mainly check the things I've said in my previous post.
(is it better to have your mod in bsa instead of loose files for performance reasons.. or just for better organized data folder..? I never understood that so well)

Blitz I support what I think its worth it and this mod is one of them <img src='http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> .

Its "near the finish line" , just needs a few things and thats all.

( for the neck fix I will try to rename the fixed nif files and see if it would be fine, the "matching with weapons and shield<whiter runes, darken some spots> is something I don't know to do so I hope you will find some free time and complete it ,oh -if possible- check if you can make a bit darker the armpit pauldrons to match them perfect with the darker overall armor-look at my picture in previous comment-near crosshair-player's arm armor piece-it would be better I think if they were matched in same color with gauntlets, check the uploaded fullscreen comparison images to see it better)

I never liked comments from people who judge a mod without even bother to test it,it just here in Nexus community are thousands of mods about everything and this make many people need them to see a bit of perfection in any section, its main description, sample images or videos, updates when needed etc I can understand that and I respect that but not foolish or rude comments..

EDIT: Renaming the fixed nif files didn't work(I guess your files have different ids or something,I will check this more later, but please if you can fix only these cuirass nif files for the neck bug..thank you)

IMPORTANT EDIT: Delete the description of your armor sets cause when I try to enchant then I can't see the description of the enchatments.(I fixed it with CK and its enchatments work perfect)

@spanian77 Thanks for the fix I haven't tested it yet but I'm sure it will fix the problem.

The file ebony shield_d.xfc is where I left off with the mod. I uploaded what I had done so far and that file was still in there, It's the default save for GIMP.

I do plan on finishing up this mod, and I will make a replacement version of the mod too But having school during the week is quite hard, and I am also occupied with my fish mod, because Tytanis had decided he will be using it in his Ultimate Mod Sorry if it takes me a while to update this, because I will be tied up for a while. :/

Thank you very much for the better quality images and the feedback though You are the kind of person that I love to hear from! I'll try hard to squeeze this in on my to do list

Ok,no problem at all then.I will try it.
(FYI about the buggy naked neck here is the mod that fixes it:

Ebony Armor Male Neck Fix by feanbeast
I am going to use the fixed meshes with you mod,I won't have any problem..right? Check it and if possible test it or even better use the same fixing for these two nif files for your mod so it will be completed)

Also, what is this file ebony shield_d.xcf ? Is it necessary or a left-over..?

<Oh,better change your main description as it describe the older version, but in my opinion I think its better to give us the choice of replace textures version too(unless you fix the neck bug in your esp version)>

    EDIT:
    (here is a sample )

Ok,its working and I like it but please:

    1) You have to fix the neck bug(use the other mod for your meshes)cause I can't use them instead of your different modified nif files,( although I didn't try renaming the two fixed nif files with your files ...)

    2) Its a little unmatched now the armor with the shield ( and weapons a bit) due to runes, yours is too bright/white and the others are not and maybe if you modify them(or at least the shield a bit) to match better with armor on white runes and on darker areas(if you compare the original dds with yours you will see exactly what I mean) .
    Example:
Diamond armor with default shield -weapon

@spanian77 I followed a tutorial to make the armor standalone. It was Originally a new texture for the default ebony armor, but after using CK I put it into the game as a separate armor set. So because the diamond armor is separate from the vanilla armor, it won't conflict whatsoever.

This way if you don't wish too completely replace the ebony armor, you can instead craft a NEW set of armor (diamond armor) from the forge. I made the diamond armor possible to be forged (under the ebony section) and upgraded at the table.
