I love all your spell mods, and I like the fact that they are separate so people can chose which ones they want. I don't like spell packs cuz there is always one or two I don't want. I especially like that they are powerful. Please make another spell with another element. A black whole would be excellent, that sucks anything within a certain distance and drains its life very rapidly, then explodes all the body's everywhere

That said, I find ball lightning to be overkill early on; I just need to chuck it into the boss room and wait for the inevitable screams and explosion. I'm also running Immersive Creatures and Warzones though, and I've already gotten my ass kicked by way stronger monsters than I'd ever encountered in the vanilla unmodded game, which is why I'm keeping this spell instead of rejecting it as being too game-breaking.
I'd like to second what the other guy asked, how about a tornado-type spell? You could go easy on the damage but make it whirl things around.
Maybe you could make it dual-cast? I can cast it on each hand, but when I draw both hands with SBL, I only can cast one at a time, and cannot be double casted. And since, maybe, the magicka consumed and drained are from Destruction PLUS Conjuration, should I make 4 pieces of Fortify Destruction and Fortify Conjuration (Extra Effect from Enchanting perk) with each 25% reduction costs to make the SBL not draining any magicka (both when casting and striking enemies with its lightnings)?

Don't downrep Jef, guys, he's absolutely right! Deadly Dragons + Master difficulty == insanity. It takes 25 + DIRECT HITS from Summon Meteor to kill a Frost Dragon with those settings... That said, it'd be impossible to make a version of it that can 1-shot a Deadly Dragon without making it literally click-to-win
