This seems to be the most vanilla-friendly texture out there, however, as it was mentioned in the comments, it does have some issues with matching the environment colour-wise. I've made a little adjustment to the saturation factor and made it fit what the distant object detail texture portrays in-game
If you wish, you can grab the edited texture here, however, all gratitude still goes to osmodius, the original author.
This would be perfect if the blue wasn't so blue, I go to areas with white snow and blue glaciers brighter than stahlrim it has started getting a bit much now.
The install from Steam Workshop looks much darker teal whereas this looks like neon electric blue in comparison. Is there a darker version of this on the Nexus somewhere too that I'm missing, and if not, could you make one?
I really like the quality of the textures otherwise.
This ice looks really unrealistic. And what is wrong with the one that comes with the game? Why do people prefer to play in a game that looks like a garish cross between a fashion magazine and a Disney cartoon, full of botox, silicone, plastic and fake photshop effects when they can instead play with more realistic and earthly looks? What is wrong with these people?
Have they ever seen real ice, except in World of Warcraft? And have they ever seen real people, except in images edited in photoshop?
I don't care whether this is realistic or not--it's a video game!! You should want to look at stuff that is colorful and vibrant, not dark and gloomy stuff, realistic or not And this certainly makes the game more beautiful!
