The 2X 5 minute version also works in Skyrim SE. I have been using this mod for years in classic Skyrim (with Climates of Tamriel on the 2nd darkest night setting), but have neglected to endorse. Endorsed!
Please make the vanila light less intense... I'm begging you >.< (same request as maskraider) The 2X range is perfect but the intensity of vanila light is a bit blinding.
Other mods have new candlelight version (with wider range and less bright or new lightmesh etc) - but by adding more spells into the game and creates more problems or incompatibility with mods that I'm using. Also I use only 1 spell from several new light spells put in my game from that mod. I've just realized that what I need is a mod for fixing vanila candlelight - not creating new light spells. Now this is the mod that I need. Only if you be kind to make less intense modification to the vanila and keep the 2X range.
Hi. Somehow the vanilla light ball is too bright that hurts my eyes. Can make the light ball less less bright but have the same effect, i select double radious and one minute. or a orange light, although it feels a little bit sleepy but does not hurt the eye... i guess
Amazing "simple" and useful mod! So, you say ask nice for extras...so....pretty please, could you extend your wonderful psychedelic candlelight spell too magelight also. Dungeons are so dark and scary using v21_RCRN, dark mode. Any how, THANK-YOU
@Dr BrainDamage : Yeah, I will do it as soon I get time to do it. Maybe you can show me with some pic how you define purple, there often different perceptions.. so to be sure
@Beebww: I would love to, I just need time to figure this out. Actually somebody just needed a increased candlelight range and as I didnt find any mod doing this, I made this quickly for him.. then it came to me the idea of the colors. Anyway, As I am not that experienced with the Construction Kit, I have to see how to get it done. At the moment I trying to get the Orb itself colored aswell, I am doing progress for that.. I hope to get it done soon
