Hi, this looks like an interesting mod. I didn't install it but will try when I have a new PC with Skyrim on it. However I understand that this outfit only has 2 pieces: a headgear and a dress, right? Is there any chance you can make the separate shirt? I'd like to try some mixing.
At least give Hentai credit for the model that you based the outfit off of, regardless of the rules, it's the polite thing to do. Not just in the readme but in the file description as well.
I agree with the straps, it was on the original mesh so I let it be, hoped it would give an corset look but as it's now it's no good. Either an corset or they go. This mod has been in the pipeline for weeks, stopped as I had problems with the cap, then it was solved I released it.
Agree with the cross, and the build in amulet. An male model would be cool. has to see how it look, if it look decent I will release it.

Needs a few touch-ups here and there. Removing the straps on the belly, removing the tie or retextuing it to not have the cross and removing the necklace from the mesh sound like good ideas. Also, I'd love it in blue.
