I read somewhere its Hentai's personal character mod that he wouldnt release. Although its not exactly the same, this FFXI mod ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8895 ) adds a race you'd probably be interested in (Elvaan). I could swear there was a mod that added elf or elf-like ears as craftable equipment too, but cant find it.
