this is an hunter perk mod so please can you put some perks like "animals killed gives you 2 pieces of skin" or "hide in the grass makes you less visible" beacause this can make more realistic the game. (sorry but i'm italian and i don't speak english very well)
I combined this mod with quite a few but i haven't found the solution how to increase Archery over 100. Hunter perks requires this combat style to go beyond max standard level. Can anyone give me some advice regarding what to do in order to reach 300 archery? ">
@fraquar Yeah I realize 9x stealth damage is pretty overpowered, that's why I made it an optional feature. Likewise I also acknowledge these perks may not exactly be 100% lore friendly. But I felt that giving bonus damage against everything EXCEPT dragons could also be seen as unfair so yeah...
9x damage is like creating a stealh bomber with laser guided munitions - since a stealthed archer pretty much always remains stealthed since he's attacking from distance.
I like the perk ideas except for the Dragon one - since dragons are so rare and haven't been seen in so long that any combat tactics against them would basically be a lost art - save the way of the voice.
@sayterdarkwynd Thanks! I wanted to make something sort-of creative for my first mod. And the Archery tree was my favorite, plus I always wondered why the arrow was just sitting there all lonely. I understand that Archery is already super deadly, of course, since I've played most of my main game with just the bow, but likewise some tougher enemies can be a pain. I might change the damage modifiers, however my thinking was that the bonus being spread out over 5 perks would sort of even things out. But once again, thanks for the compliment/feedback.
very cool idea. I like that the arrow now has corresponding perks.
My only gripe is that...well... archery is deadly as hell already. 25% more damage might make it absurd. But, that said, it still does less damage than an axe swing will ever do (generally speaking). And we can all certainly agree that unless you SURPRISE someone, your arrows do considerably less good on tough targets.
