    I like it, it is practical and simple. But I can't bring my army of hoplites (followers) or other NPCs here, only by cheat. But otherwise it would be a great house.
    Me give Endorse.

    Similar comments about not allowing my follower to follow me inside.

    At first, none of the merchants had anything to trade, then on the second time in all but the barkeep at the front door did trade. Interesting glitch though, as I purchased items, my gold went up instead of down! Nice! But I don't think that's what you intended.

    The horse can be ridden, but when you dismount somewhere, he goes back to the Player's House. He should stay with you in the field, and if at a city, remain at a stable.

    Hello and @ TheSaul ,

    Sorry , but it seems in the " materials version" , that you have not created a new chest with a new ID ? Like as done , all the chests in Skyrim with the same ID are now " corrupted" with " Daedric stuff" .... that's right ?

    I use a french version, and i have the same issues : one merchant has nothing to sell ( and she buys nothing too .... ! ) , the blacksmith girl sells items , but when she buys , no money are added to your inventory !!!! That's a sacred good negociator !... ;°)

    The only one that works correctly is the alchemist woman .

    And as a request : can you add a bedroom somewhere for followers ?

    Please get rid of the characters at the enchanting table and the alchemy lab. They are constantly using the equipment and I have to use the console to 'kill' them so they move. Apart from that its a nice little home. thanks

    Oh and sometimes the blacksmith will trade other time she won't and the merchant in the hall will not trade at all.

    glad you like it. i have never had a problem exiting the house, i will look into that though. sometimes rhe mannequins can walk im not sure why though, i think there is a mod to fix them walking here on nexus. i will try to re=create the mannequin thing though, and look into getting followers in there. glad you like the house.

    Nice house. Everything almost works

    Here's my experience: the spawn point when you leave the house is in between the walls, I can see the interior shell of it. Also, (don't know if this is the mod's bug) the mannequin in front of the stairs, opposite side of the enchanting table moved from its place. First there was an invisible wall in front of the stairs but then he moved to that place, although trigger point was in the original place (by side the stairs). It would be nice to add a bard like you said.

    Try also to let companions enter the house with the player (they didn't enter in my game).

    I still haven't found my perfect house, but this one is fairly close. I LOVE the mannequin room, storage & general layout, but once again I find myself wishing that the blacksmith area was in the same room, or in an adjoined room, as the enchanting table. That, in itself, isn't a dealbreaker, but the fact that I can't get my followers inside kind of is. Plus, when I leave the house, I end up on the upper part of that rock and everything looks clipped until I run off the rock and down to where the front door is. That might be some kind of problem on my end (if nobody else has mentioned it). Nice house though. If you can get my followers to get inside, I would probably move there.

    Beat me to it clinster74...That is a common Glitch on building exteriors...Have had to use that fix ...
