A nice addition to Riverwood. It only needs the display case removed. The case is in the way and looks out of place, both in it's postion, and with the theme of the house. I tried to console disable it but my followers and I keep running into the collision of the name left over from disabling it. Please offer a version with the display case fully removed. I sure would appreciate it.
Agreed about the display case. I hate 'em; they're modern and don't fit in with the technology of the gameworld. But...this is my favorite Riverwood house mod; has been for years. I too smile when I come home to it. Just have trouble deciding which version I prefer. As for the architecture.... it's just too bad no one read the law that says you can use *only* a certain kind of architecture in a settlement...annnd let's see...Riverwood is in *which* hold...?
I read in the description that you didn't care if this mod became popular or not...and I just wanted to say that I really, really like this mod. The house is small and cozy with a nice porch and a nice view, it's in Riverwood which I like, and I like the location of the house. I look at the area before I had the house in the game and then after and it's like that area was just made to have a nice little house there. Thank you very much. I have other houses installed in games that are further along but I always smile when I come back to Riverwood and see Woodside.
I really like this mod and since the house is small and I have this obsession with finding and reading all books in game the bookshelves are perfect. I think there's an issue with its placement as Dorthe (the blacksmith's daughter) is now stuck next to it. Not a big deal and I know nothing about modding for this game so I don't know if its a Navmesh issue. I have to agree about the location of the weapon case and if you ever feel up to make a version without it that would be great.
Understood, was more a realism thing, most things put into the satchel would not actually fit, and yes I know, dragons and lack of bathrooms/outhouses not realistic either....
