I know that stand alone companion mods are all the rage these days, but back when I made this mod, such a thing wasn't really very common yet.
Sadly, I haven't made any mods in a good while, and probably won't. Back when I bought the Dawnguard DLC when it came out it borked my Creation Kit (which is why I haven't released any mods in a good while).
I've contacted Steam and Bethesda on the issue and even bought Hearthfire and the Dragonborn DLCs hoping it would fix the issue with no luck.
After talking with support and doing two full uninstalls (one where I completely removed all traces of Skyrim from my system), my Creation Kit does nothing but crash each time I try to save progress while using it.
So until a miracle occurs and I can get my Creation Kit to work properly again, I won't be releasing or revising any of my mods. All I can do is try to provide troubleshooting for the mods I've released.
If you would like to have her use a different body type from what you have set to your default body (vanilla, CBBE, UNP, etc.) here's a mod that you might want to check out.
I use this mod to change the body types of stand alone follower mods that don't use CBBE BBP to CBBE BBP since it's the body mod I use.
Place this mod at the BOTTOM of your load order, and you shouldn't have any problems with it working. If you have any companion mods below this mod in your load order, it will cause crashes.
You can use any body mod you want. I just listed CBBE because it's what I use. If you use UNP, CBBE, LB, etc. the mod should work fine regardless of the body type you use.
Very nice companion friend. Nothing like a good orc. I want to play with her more but for some reason at level 25 her HP is nearly 1000. is that supposed to be or did UFO jack it up?
Getting the nose that way is a nice trick you can play with the CK (also works in character creation in game).
1. Pick a human race (Nord, etc.) 2. Load it into the view window. 3. Pick the female Orc. 4. Load it into the view window. 5. This should trick teh CK into letting you have a human nose for your Orc as long as you don't change the nose preset (this will revert it back to an Orc nose).
At character creation, here's how to do it. 1. Let the textures load the default (a Nord Male). 2. Change to Orc race. 3. Switch to female gender. 4. The nose should still be a human preset (just make sure not to change nose presets or it will change over to an Orc nose). 5. You can change the values of the nose (height, length, etc.) just don't change the preset. If you change the preset by mistake, you'll have to completely exit the game and relaunch it to try again.

I can't say if it's UFO causing it since I don't use that mod, but I haven't had any complaints from anyone else that's downloaded her.

Hope this info helps.
