I downloaded and it worked fine. It is just a mesh so the original is needed. You can use this as a mesh replacement for the mesh in the sage armor retex by DreamBorrow but you have to open each nif and add an alpha property to the "SageBody" To do this open the nif in nifscope. Rightclick on the "66 NiTriShape" and click add property. Choose NiAlphaProperty from the drop down. Then left click once on the "66 NiTriShape" and at the bottom expand the "Properties" the last one will be "none" edit this field and put the new number of the NiAlphaProperty which should be 67. click somewhere else so it saves it and then do a file-save and overwrite the original. Presto the transparency works now. Once you have done both install the DreamBorrow mod and copy to your folder meshes-clothes-dq3 these meshes. cheers!
