Ghostmooner: The "point" was to get some practice with the Creation Kit.
The point of uploading it? Because I had a useable plugin, and I figured, "why not?" It might not do much but it's still a sight better than the thousand "make clothing/armour skimpier" mods that are all over the place.
The point of downloading it? Whatever you can make of it, that's the fun of the Elder Scrolls games and their modding; it seems at least a few people have found something (more than I expected!). If you can't figure out a use for it, just leave it be.
@Ghostmooner: The point is for people who like simply seeing more NPCs living in and around a city. One of the first things I thought of when exploring the Skyrim world was the semi-lack of NPCs. Sure, you could download "Populated Cities" but those add NPCs with generic names (Novice Mage, Sailor, etc.). It's nice seeing two that have names, and even a house to boot.
I'd be happy if you added more people plus houses to the game, they dont need interaction, maybe a couple lines of dialogue you could steal from another character whos the same. The towns are pretty empty so would be nice to see more people, like the morrowind mods that added huge chunks to towns and cities keep it up
Twitch2026: I've been thinking a bit of the same sort of thing myself... though after I've done a few other things as well to properly familiarise myself with the Kit. About the only thing I can do to contribute to the modding community, anyway, since I'm no good at modelling and the like. <_<
A little more life to the cities is never a bad thing even if they don't have a quest etc and only eat and sleep. Why should everyone need the help of a stranger anyway?
Simply having more NPC's is surley more immersive.
I've been meaning to start a mod of this type myself anyway to add more generic NPC's to the cities and towns

Good job.
Thanks.
