this is a good idea for a mod......but i only want to remove the damage blur when PC gets hit.... is this possible via altering a value in "settings" in creation kit???? if so would you kind enough to share...?

i never understand why some graphics programmer wastes his time killing the work of his artist collegues that made nice texture with ugly effects like motionblur, Dof, camera lenses, or the infamous camera shake and head bobbing.
i would rather experience motion blur naturally with my eyes and brain caused by fluid animation with very high frames per seconds while moving at high speed on the ground. And with that i have to second Oomo !
So, if i set the blurs and stuff off from the .ini, it doesnt remove everything? Does this remove the rest (AKA. All the remaining blur) or is the mod intended to be used with the .ini settings on?
