Interesting mod and I like the idea of it, would download/install but dunno what would happen to the perks I already have placed in the trees ont he perks you modified. The Archery/Heavy Armor modifications I like, but my character is using a Sword and Mace, so the moving the Bladesman to Hack and Slash doesn't work for me. Great idea though.
In this version I believe Bullseye is 5% and Pinning Shot is 10% (down from 15% due to lower in tree and much cooler instant kill capability from Bullseye). And Spellsword was bonus damage and magic cost reduction.
I've been throwing around ideas for revamping the perks even more, but also been actually wanting to play the game too!
