Yeah, basically there will be no enemys and the boss may not spawn (meaning that the quest would get stuck), I believe that the command you said should fix it, not too sure though. (and yes, you do remember right, there were no quests in 1.0).
please make sure, that you remove any trace of this mod from saves before installing this one, thanks.
Please, explain what exactly may goes wrong, if the Tomb was completed before with previous version. Maybe, some console commands like resetinterior <LocationID> (AAAALostTombBossChamber and two others) can help? (if I remember right, there was no quests in your Lost Tomb 1.0).

You might want to include a screenshot for the location since some can't find it.
LOCATION:directly SOUTH of Windhelm, past all the swamps and just before the roads begin.
