Yeah, I'm having that kind of problem too that Lydia wears the Nightingale Hood no matter what I do to try and make her take it off. Nothing wrong with the Mod itself, I like it a lot, but I'd like to have her wear/use other kit too besides the Nightingale kit, so it hampers that somewhat. And aesthetically speaking, if I'm using another mod to change her appearance, I'm not getting any results as she looks still dark and gloomy with that hood on. XD
I LOVE the idea behind this mod, because I love lydia but i play a Thief-based char and HATE it when she rushes in and screws up my assassinations. That being said, I really don't like the way you changer her appearance and want it to stay the way I've modded it. Is there a way to separate the appearance, behavior and equipment changes into 2 or 3 separate files?

Thats Nightingale armor, you will get it, when you do the thief guild story.

I can make a version, where she would have her original face, with the other changes.

I can try to make a version where she would have the armor only in her inventory, so if you take her helmet from it, you would see her face
