Complete Custom Race Stats
==========================
Complete Custom Race Stats is designed to let you RE SPEC your character anyway you want. Allowing you to choose your racial ability, what your base skill levels start at ( 0 or 15), and let's you pick where you want your 35 initial skill levels points to go.


Location
========

*MUST START A NEW GAMEPLAY!
*Complete Custom Race Stats is triggered after the character creation menu and before the executioners block. When your standing in line.

Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp and .bsa file to (install folder)\skyrim\Data\

or

2. Download with NMM and activate

Uninstall
=========
1. Delete the .esp and .bsa file from \skyrim\Data\
2. Start NMM and hit the uninstall button

Upgrade
=======
If you have had Complete Race Re Spec before, DELETE ALL files and re subscribe or re download. The 2 files you need to delete if you have them
skyrim/data/StatReset.esp
skyrim/data/StatReset.bsa

*DO NOT USE ANY PREVIOUS SAVE GAME FILES THAT HAVE HAD PREVIOUS Complete Race Re Spec VERSIONS! START A NEW GAME

Incompatibility

Will NOT work with mods that change your starting location.

When confirming your skills, if selected the "no" option skills were not being reset correctly. This issue has been fixed
When confirming that option "no" was selected. The player can now reset the base level stats as well.
