It doesn't work. Facelift is fine but there is no dialogue option allowing her to join you as a companion. I selected the "Facelift Follower" file. Not only does it not allow her to join as a companion but she won't even leave the Temple of Mara when you tell her where to live.
The ESP Facelift_follower changes her confidence but perheps it's only on my rig she keeps running away? Can anyone confirm if she engages in combat with said ESP activated?
Actually, my version of Muiri is pretty awesome in combat. You have to change her from Cowardly to Foolhardy in the CK.
What's interesting about her particular facepaint is that it is called Female Imperial Facepaint 1, which makes me wonder if she's an Imperial sympathizer.

update: She will fight if you set her confidence to 4 (setav confidence 4) but I can't get it to stick.
