Great job, also like the increase in time 60sec for Vanilla just wasn't enough. This helps a lot with my Companions get in the way...a lot. Thanks again.
I recommend not changing the level of expertise required to use it. Why? 1) Users still have to kill any of the targets of Soul Siphon before their soul gems can be filled, and they need the appropriate empty soul gems in their inventory to fill. 2) Users can choose to not use Soul Siphon and just use Soul Trap if they desire, or use either one in situations of their choosing. 3) Making the usage requirement any higher than it currently is removes these players' choices until just that much later in the game. I personally don't feel that is necessary. Let the users police themselves and decide in-game if/when they use Soul Siphon. 4) It already requires 50 points (and 3 Perks spent) to reach and obtain the spell. That is sufficient.

alduin can do this in game and its referred to as soulsnare
also it seems like it should be 1 rank higher than soultrap not the same.
@Nukluk those were exactly my thoughts. I originally set it to expert, but then it would't be nice for non-conjuration wizards to use.

is the area of effect depending on the conjuration skill or is it fixed ?
