Again, great work on Proudspire. The only thing I can think of is to dress up the balcony a little more and maybe add a small fountain into the main yard.
@ ColdCaptain This file is just landscaping and lighting etc. The separate Jordis room fix file is a stand alone walk thru containing 2 console commands and exact instructions on how to execute the fix.
@Kalthrok Thanks ! Glad you like this. Currently working on Honeyside ... It's a real nightmare to work on. The house actually sets in two adjoining cells. The house is in Riften and the deck sets outside of the City. But it's coming along. Have fun.
Looks even better than I imagined. I already had a few console-placed decorations lying around but this really makes the whole thing pop! Great eye for detail! Will endorse soon

Hope to see you try your hand at all player housing locations (seriously, Vlindrel Hall in Markarth has been touched by all of maybe 3 people).
Also gonna try and selfishly plant a seed here - I would LOVE to see you try your hand at complete city make overs some day, you clearly have the eye for landscaping!
@Chrome.... I just took a look a the description of detailed Cities... The author seems to have added lots of items.. So you may run into something in the same location... An easy fix for that if it occurs is to click on the item you like the least... then open your console with the tilde key ( usually just above the Tab key) and type in "disable" it will shut off the item that you " diasbled " . I try very hard to work in areas that no-one else touches, so you should be good.
