Unfortunately, I found some problems with meshes after update. From what I see, they are saved in SE format. After I converted them in Cathedral Assets Optimizer to LE, some of the dragons are black (for example Paarthurnax and Alduin)
Indeed, I'm getting the red "!" model for dragons, which in my understanding means the mesh for the dragon is for the wrong game (i.e., SE, not LE). I assume it was a mistake in backporting this latest version.
Yes, it seems I screwed up somewhere with the latest version. I'm going to have see where I went wrong, the SE update seems to have issues as well so it might be more than just a porting mistake.

V1.3.1 just added a small change to Alduin. Since you do not use the mesh anyway, there is no need for you to apdate from V1.3
