Works fine untill u dismiss ur follower, and they become housecarls. Shroobs mod makes it so the clothing u assigned ur follower stays on ur follower after u dismiss them. at this moment the game crashes, with both mods installed. it would be nice if we could keep the custom clothing we assigned our housecarls when they were followers, AND have them be able to still make full use of our homes. which is what these two mods do, they just dont work together.
Actually I did manage to get this working with another Housecarl mod, sort of.... What i actually did was figure out what you had done, I think, and edit the other mod to match. I then deactivated your mod, leaving the other one active. Presto! both mods are, to all intents, working flawlessly!
