So, just started to "handle out" a lot of player homes to my characters - and I have a lot - and this home got selected for one of my barbarians. He felt a home near Falkreath would be very appreciated, since he doesn't care much for living in settlements, but nevertheless needs the ability to buy food/supplies/other stuff once in a while. This is an updated report on how this house is behaving so far in my game - although I should say I have very little hours spent in the area.
Pro's: - Nice placement in the world space. No collisions with any of my other downloaded locations, although that would probably differs individually. I like the area though, just by a road less travelled and with a grand view of Falkreath.
- Functional objects such as a smithery, arcane table, weapon racks, mannequins, bed, chests, etc. Now, some here earlier reported he/she lost a lot of items when stored away in the house. I'm on such low-level still, I haven't stored anything, so I would perhaps suggest test it with something cheap/unimportant.
- No treasures. Yeah, I mean it. I'm not a big fan of houses filled with thousands of gold, weapons/armors/jewelry fit for a hero/tons of ingots/soul gems/potions/etc. I prefer to earn all of these in the gameplay, so I for one feel comforted about the lack of excessive riches.
Con's: - I'm not sure why, since others here were able to, but I can't have my followers come inside with me. And when I go back outside, they're all gone. yepp, they've left the place and abandoned me. I'm sure it has something to do with my follower mod/or specific followers, but as for now, I have to tell them to wait outside while I head on inside.
- Missing functional objects and doublets. There's no alchemy table, yet instead two arcane enchanters, just as reported earlier. There's also no beds for the followers, the wife or the kids. And there's no kitchen! As I play with a sleep/eat-mod, a kitchen is quite crucial if I want to make meals in my own home. There's also stable, in case you have a horse.
- No logical housing. Yes, once again, no kitchen, but also, no bedrooms for a family/friends. I also lack a thought out living area. There's a war room for an example with just a lot of weapon racks and a world map on a table. The main hall is veru grand in space, but looks like an old cellar with nothing but a few mannequins at the end. Someone here proposed a throne and that would make a lot more sense, as well as a dining area and some bookshelves/flower urns/wall shelves/book stands.
Just a short review in case anyone is thinking about downloading this house...
FYI - Having this mod enabled (version 1.1v) will cause a floating table to appear in the middle of the Falkreath Jarl's longhouse, due to a dirty edit.
Liked the observation platform, but follower could not enter. All seemed ok until went outside again and moved my follower to me (console), then some very strange object movement (door appeared in middle of road, and the like).
Pls help me i download it and put it into the data folder and it doesnt work and i also try it whit nexus mode manager and still doesnt works Plese heeelllp

Feel free to add it to your description. Thanks for making this house. This video is the least I can do. (EndoRseD)
