Makes sense. If I was facing an opponent with a big ass zweihander, I would never in hell try to block that... unless, of course, I suddenly feel like becoming captain hook. Good concept and not op.
I'm quite surprised this wasn't in the vanilla game... seems like one of those obvious perks for those who roll a buffed up warrior. Nice mod endorsing when possible.
Can you disarm weapons? Seems mroe realistic if you deliver an attack powerful enough with eith dual wielding or two handed that you knock their weapons out of their hands
Just a thought, but I've always thought it was stupid that you take damage when blocking. Why bother blocking if you're going to get hurt anyway? Might as well just keep swinging! And the "blocked" death blow thing is the dumbest of all.
If you're ever able to add "shield HPs", for balance it might be good to lessen (or eliminate) damage taken on a successful block. Blocking already seems pretty weak as is because of the damage taken. IMO (which could be wrong) any weakening of shield durability should come with some counterbalance. Maybe there should be a little damage taken on a blocked power attack (but still no death), but regardless it could be toned down a bit.
Cool looking mod. Say can I make a request for a 100% chance disarm version? You know, for those of us who don't care about gameplay balance and just want to wreck things.
