Good stuff. Much better then the setup I was running with by placing items with the console.

Some of the storage doesn't appear to be permanent according to MFG console (strong box, barrels), but it's only a very few of them that aren't by my quick check.

Personally I'm not keen on the hidden door or the bail of hay in front, prefer it to just be an open archway. So I think I'll be disabling those, but very good bones for me to build upon and tinker with. Thanks

Just got to the point of becoming the thane of Riften and bought honeyside. I think your script messed up the upgrades as the enchanting table upgrade is botched. Can purchase the enchanting upgrade several times, but it will never get installed.

(I know this is abandoned. Am pointing out a potential issue for others to consider in the future. If you want to try it, don't try the scripted version as removing any scripts can cause save issues later if you remove a mod you're unhappy with which contains scripts)

Are you sure it's this mod doing it? The enchanting room does become the kids room and I've had nothing but trouble with those areas in all my vanilla homes. Also I've used Jaxonz Positioner by Jaxonz to remove the bail and other items.

Also @ ettucu still loving this mod! Thank you for making it.

    Hi,
Does this work with Dovahkin Hideout?  I love Honeyside but also have to have Dovahkin Hideout as I also LOVE collecting.  Will it be ok?  Thanks for your time and effort.

Maaaybe. whatever dovahkiin hideout changes that is inside honeside or riften's steward dialogue could cause problems. anything that isnt that should be fine.

Wow really amazing mod. I like that you don't change the House and that you only add some things to it. I always hate that Honeyside had so few storage and I really like secrect Rooms so your Mod is fitting perfect in my Game thank you really much for this work

I'm sorry for my bad english it not my first language

Where is the button? I don't see it by the hay bale.

Later on... *blushes and moves .pex file from the Data folder and places it deeper into the Scripts folder* Also had to go back to a save before purchase and buy it again. Now it works just fine... *sighs and smiles* Thank you ettucu for your help!

Awww, I do hope you pick it back up in the near future to add the NPC navigation.
This was just what I was looking for: a little added Alchemy storage & a smithing room in the player home I fell in love with. Thank you so much!

I'm not modding Skyrim for now so just tell your followers to wait outside the hideout (next to the alchemy table for example). The mod was made before the CK's navmesh bug was fixed, so NPCs dont "know" how to move around in the hideout.

As for everything else, it should work properly, just dont go in with your followers.

    great, great mod. love it.

one problem though that completely nixes my use of it - npc pathing.

for some reason my many followers and spouses cannot enter, or rather, stay. they seem to bug out, warping back, and all kinds of things. Maybe this could be fixed?

would appreciate it, otherwise a really nice mod

Secret rooms, always my favorite room in a house.

Every house in Skyrim should have one.

Shh, no one knows about that one <img class=">

I'm glad that you like it! Yep, i saw that one, its a side effect from the added roombounds to that particular cell (keeps things less jerky while entering the room). There are tons of things inside player house cells so they're usually more resource intensive than, say, dungeons (that use and abuse the same textures again and again), not counting that ppl like to fill their houses with their own stuff and there is much more space to do that with this mod. Roombounds help with that.

I coulnt find a wall section that would fit in that place without getting too creative with the vanilla stuff (something i wanted to avoid). So dont worry about it, think of it as a feature <img class=">
