   its fix for "custom races ". in custom races if you change race by concole comand "setrace" you have problem-sometime you character lose head. to correct this bug you mast change race by comand "showracemenu" and . if you did it, your skill is crach. you can rectore skill step by step, or use this "bat file/" for more information see "custom races" description

   I have no idea what this mod does because the description is so poor. (And I know what bat files do in the consol I just don't know why custom races need one.)

   Thanks for this. I had one of these a while back, but after upgrading to windows 7, I lost mine, and never felt like making another.
