Well done mod, looks nice, has a nice location BUT I dislike any mod that surreptitiously changes the names of world objects and locations into a non-English language. Example, this mod changes "Dragonsreach" into "Drachenfest".
Better late than never. I was just investigating the mystery of what mod went and altered the names of some of the places in Whiterun, and it was not this mod, it was the 7 Dragons Manor mod, which makes more sense since it is actually in Whiterun.

i have got to say i have had a bunch of masive house mods butt this small home on the water falls feels right for a change . vary nice and simple and some what relaxing .
and dont say NMM never has problems mine has problem finding files from time to time but i can manualy instal them no problem . it could not find this mod untill i clicked it three times.
The NMM has never given me problems, it's actually far more likely that the error is on the user, "your" end. Have you experienced a way to reproduce the timeouts, do you have other connections open on ports in your router that will take their connection as priority and thus delay others timing them out?
Another problem that I encountered is when trying to put a weapon in the display case downstairs, it floats in the air behind you. This, in my opinion is the BEST setting for a house, however, there seem to be a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. I will definately endorse once some of these issues get fixed.
Moved here from another player home I was using and the following occurred in this order:
1) Upon fast traveling to the home the model of the cabin would disappear leaving just the ivy and front door visible. Figured "eh, whatever it can be fixed later".
2) Later on the map marker turned black and I was informed I hadn't yet discovered this location even though I had.
3) Rediscovered location and also discovered all my stuff was gone.
Now I gotta reinstall my old home and revert to a MUCH older save until this gets fixed if it ever does. Until then I cannot in good conscience endorse this mod which is a shame because, these major issues aside, it was exactly what I was looking for. This makes me a sad panda.
First off someone already is Using this location for another mod that is called Darkwater. While his is up on the cliff and its a castle, the name and location are going to cause an issue and possible conflict. Just thought you should know there is another mod using the name.
This thing has me crying. Faendal just jumped over the railing into the waterfall to attack the thugs, screaming "This ends now!!!". Goats look like hydroplanes swimming against the current like it isn't even there.

Everything else looks lovely, though!

I'm simply getting tired of Nexus's constant download connection timeouts.
