It works fine. However, I'm not sure where you configure the custom percentage of debuff. Is there a McM menu (it does not load on my setting) ? Or y need to edit manually le CARIM global vars via console ?
What really made download this was that it also applies to NPCs. I hate it when mages keep following me at full speed while they blast my face with fire, frost, or lightning.
