Not sure why, but some animations don't work for me (the ones for one-handed swords, two-handed swords, claws, pikes, and daggers, to be more precise). Adding numbers in front of their folders to move them to the bottom doesn't apply the random sprinting animation on those weapons, either.
I had to remove my older sprint animation, because these are actually better! Didn't think it was possible! Somehow it looks a little goofy on npcs though.

In my case, I used Mod Organizer. All works perfectly.
