@lollerich Not as far as I know. :-) Although, if I have the time I should work on the Papyrus script some. It works, but now I know a lot more about scripting than I did I uploaded this. Anyway, it shouldn't crash your game. Message me if it does, though, and I'll check out the problem.
I just wanted to thank you for this awesome tuto. I kept trying to mess with the SpellTomeRemove script, and your pdf opened my eyes to the fact that I didn't have to brook its dang jive no longer.
In any case, thank you SO MUCH for this resource. You guys are truly what makes the Nexus great. Best of luck with your Unarmed Combat mod, it looks fantastic as well.
It always bugged me that I couldn't read the tomes...Maybe I'm going to extend the script so that you'll need a certain skill level to learn the spell or something like that.
No, they don't. As I said in the description, this is a modder's resource. All it does is add a script to the CK and to the spell tomes that allows modders to make Spell Tomes not be destroyed upon reading them. I know of someone else who is planning on making a mod that adds actual content and information to the spell tomes, and this was mainly for him. But, other people can download it too to make mods.
Do the spell tomes actually have text in them? I would assume so, otherwise you wouldn't have made this mod. But, since they disappear upon learning and never open like a normal book, I'd think they were blank. Please clairify what is actually in a spell tome? Do they have an actual story within, like the other books in the game?

I'll make a PDF for the tutorial.
I'd like to read the tutorial on this, can you add it as a file in this, or make it available elsewhere please?
