If I understand it right, the level cap changes to 100, and leveling after level 10, becomes quicker than vanilla. Him mentioning 50 and 60 was him saying that XP wise, vanilla level 50 total XP is equal to the mod's level 60 total XP
for anyone still interested in this mod : 1 - you should not be, it was made to give the player 20 more perks at the game release where you could not go above lvl81, it's useless in 2014 2 - if you try to use now you will level much faster than vanilla ! 3 - his tables are right but not his curves, now way to draw a straight line with how lvls are calculated
You presume that people want this mod because of the increased number of perks, not the change in the pace in leveling. The author is up front that after 10, it gets faster, and that might be desirable to some. I would argue it's still useful for that.
Forgive my ignorance but what is gamefaq and are the other two lines a competing mod authored by you? You might have disclosed that.

here's the right vanilla-lever curve rebalance graph http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/images/423996/? gamefaq is 400-10 not 100 btw
One thing I'm trying to figure out is what the 75/25 and 135/15 mean. I'm guessing they're a part of some sort of algorithm, but I'd need the formula in order to figure out how the numbers work. I'm trying to make my own exp/leveling mod, but with a bit of a steeper curve than this one. Anyone have any ideas?

I hope I did not misinterpret the Name.
