Один из лучших и нужных модов, теперь нет никаких тормозов и фризов в подземельях и домах..и так даже лучше с таким освещением вместо теней намного..

Is this mod compatible with RLO?

Nope, rlo moves light sources around. This one replaces the light sources that produce shadows themselves with the properties of the ones that don't.

It is compatible with RLO. I'm using both of them right now.

"If another mod utilizes only the vanilla light forms this mod will work correctly with it" - TRoaches

So if they moved the bulbs but they're still vanilla bulbs it should still work, so RS should also work. You should basically consider this mod an even more performance friendly version of LLO, if it's compatible with that it will be with this.

Here's a decent alternative, It won't replace the shadows with fake ones but it'll improve them on low settings. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19632. Might even be worth using so you can use lightweight lighting mods like RS and LLO again since interiors are less performance heavy than outdoors anyway.

I'll test it and tell you (or whoever sees this) what I find on my pos 8 year old potato rig. Maybe potato is kind of harsh, the graphics card is great for 2014 [GTX 970] it's just the wear and tear. I could overclock it but that might damage it more so I won't, that's why I'm on LE instead of SE/AE in the first place, well that and the updates.

Do we have to turn off the indoor shadows ourselves for this to work? I'm still getting flickering indoors but maybe it's a load order problem.

How can I remove the saturation from the mod?
I'm using Imaginator and outdoors the colors are fine but indoors everything looks very oversaturated :(

Greetings does this conflict with Enhanced Lights and FX?

Yes, they're both lighting mods so it will be a conflict hell, unfortunately, my advice is just don't download any lighting mods because this is also essentially a lighting mod. The only ones I would use are exterior lighting overhauls like Vivid Weathers but indoor ones are a no-go. Hope this helps :)
