Isobel, especially if you download the physical appearance mod... is freaking adorable! When she speaks. Which is very rarely. Please tell me there is more dialog for the character coming
Meh. Isobel has a foundation to build an interesting character on, but that isn't done. And the guild/storyline is as barebones as it gets. I don't really see the draw here. Only thing I liked was some of the items having names more interesting than the generic ones--made me sort of wish all of Skyrim had that.
This mod is working great so far. But ran into issue on the quest "A Regular Cave Dive" where I have been unable to open the new door you added. It requires a key, can I get a hint where the key is, or who might have it?
Oh no - the door should unlock automatically when you get the quest. I'd say for now just use a little console trickery to get to the next part of that quest.
We'll do some testing on our end and see if we can get that to happen

Oh please do, if you get the permissions of course, Isobel's appearance was the main factor why I didn't download the mod, she doesn't need to be a super model, but I don't think it was necessary to make her so horrible either, haha. It would be greatly appreciated.
I agree. I first saw the JDM Skyrim video of this mod, where she has a completely different face. I thought that was how she was supposed to look. Turns out the face I saw was actually from an entirely different mod! I'm guessing this JDM somehow did a bit of "digital surgery" and pasted the face from Sinead Follower - SSE - Physics onto Isobel's face.
Looked up what he used, and turns out it's for SSE. HOWEVER, there's an original Skyrim version you can use as well. You can find it here:
It's a tool to "paste" the features of one NPC onto a different NPC. Ha! There's even an example of Nazeem having been entirely changed into a posh, monocled, top-hat-wearing mudcrab!!! And looks super easy to use. Probably even a klutz like me could make it work. I'd suggest giving it a try. Just make sure you read ALL the instructions first, including the Post Stickies (very important!) and the following Posts. Good luck...
Haven't gotten to play too far into this yet, but I'm liking it so far. Couple of questions though.
Is she supposed to have any dialog outside of the marked quest points? I get nothing at all from her when trying to talk to her unless she has the quest marker over her.
Is there a reason I can't give her any other gear than what she has? I'm going to assume you can after the questing is over, but I am playing a stealthy vampire and she gets spotted right away. I can't give her any enchanted gear to help with that.
I'm also not really sure what her style really is. I see some magic, some sword, some archery.... She sneaks and won't rush into battle unless attacked, but seems to have little to no stealth. A bit of info on that would be nice. to know what to expect at least.
If you do any more work with the mod, adding the ability to trade gear with her would be great.
Otherwise, it is looking to be a pretty good mod. You can tell the voices were done on different equipment, but they are done well. Good Job everyone.

I'm at Raldbthar, looking for the missing group. I try to open the door where the group is, but a receive a message saying that I need a key. What key? I searched every where and I didn't find any key. I know that's the door because I got inside with the "tcl" command.
Well, as I couldn't find the key, the "key" was to make cheat with the tcl command and carry on the mission.
It was then that I realized that the name of this mission was A Regular Cave Dive, so it should have started inside a cave, where probably is the key and other things related to this mission. However, the mission pointer was over the dwemer ruin Raldbthar, wich I think should be the exit and not the entry to this adventure.
Besides, after killing the "boss", the dialogue with Isobel looks to be glitched, as it doesn't coincide with the subtitles. At least that was the impression I got, because I didn’t repeat that part of the game.

Thank you for all your work on this mod! I apologize but I think for me the mod is broke? Though I was given the assignment to take on Isobel I was never given a location as to where the quests begin. I assumed This was a clever way of getting a new follower, The adventure guild dumped her on me and gave me a goose chase to take her on, which made me laugh but now I think that is not the point of the mod?
Isobel says nothing. I have tried entering new cells, back up saves etc. she goes through the motions as if she is talking but there is no audio dialogue from her. The only option I get from the dialogue menu is to give her gifts, and she doesn't seem to register if I give her one. she follows me around she fights for me but I have no dialogue control of her, wait, follow etc.
I am willing to re-install the mod and try again, but wanted to see if anyone had any advice first.
As a test control, I have another follower and she works fine. So this is something with Isobel.
Again thank you for you hard work this mod looks great and I am eager to play through!

The Guild sends me to Dunbarrow in the third quest but there is no marker and its also not in Solstheim either.
We'll do some testing on our end and see if we can get that to happen
