very odd, but only this mod works for me. Specifically only the VariedGuards.esp.
the other two plugins dont do anything in my game. And when Itry to use the original varied guards mod, it doesnt alte the guards. Only this mod make the guards diverse.
Dunno if its a compatibility issue. Im using Skymomo, real wildlife together with Warzones, Occupy skyrim and imersive patrols. I still have some random crashes from hour to hours, but thats bearable, espec as indicates to pause the game for a while Lol. I havent tried playing the game without your mod, so dunno if this is causing my ctds, but I dont mind as its essential to Skyrim.

Its a nice mod which changes the guard armor at the holds including shields.
