Mod of a huge importance to me, because I only visit Raven's Rock for one night to hire Teldryn Sero, but I have to stay in the Retching Netch overnight, and I really, really don't want to be taken to that Stone.

Oh, may I ask you to add an optional esp with no MCM, with just a 0 chance of that stupid activity to happen?

A hard & static 0% chance would break the main quest progression. I'd have to let the initial 100% chance remain (the vanilla script is written to use two different chances, 100% for the first time, then 33% for every time thereafter).
Would this secondary chance being 0% be acceptable to you?

Thank you for paying attention to my request! It may look stupid, but I don't really care about Dragonborn DLC's main quest, if you mean that one. I walked it through one or twice back in the days, and I'm not going to do it again. So, if it's possible to make a script (I guess it's all in the scipt) with a 0% chance being 0% chance that would be great. But reducing chances makes sense too.

I made a quick test and it seems that going to Solstheim the first time with this mod set to 0% prevents the teleporting and the quest to start. So the MCM %chance seems to apply to both (the vanilla 100%/33%)? So if we want to start the quest we have to change the %, am I right? It should be clearer. Maybe it could be enhanced by displaying the 2 different chances? Anyway as it seems to stand it completes well "The Choice is Yours" mod.

The chance you set in the MCM will always be applied.

    Love it.

Seriously, I cannot tell you how many times I've gotten teleported to a stone in the thick of whirling snow and raving cultists, only to freeze to death due to being a fervent Frostfall fan. I know there's another mod that affects the standing stone scripts to remove the teleportation entirely, but I never wanted to completely lose it, plus I think the NPCs going to the stones is important from a lore perspective, so this is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you, Ashen.
