I have tried this mod by both methods: meaning before first entry and after first entry to Whiterun. I found if I install it before I have been to Dragonreach the first time some of the scripted dialogue does not trigger properly. When installed afterwards, everything runs fine. Just for your information.

Yes, the red light issue is bothering me for quite a long time. I have to fix it once and for all and while i do that, ill redo one or another throneroom. I am not satisfied with the Windhelm-Throneroom, cant stand those Bears. Ill try to put in a nice waterfountain with some more stylish elements. I think, the Windhelm-throneroom looks worst of all and i cant let it be like that.
I hate to say it but I still have red light issue. If my issue is the same I am getting red lights in dungeons and other areas of the game mainly markrath it is real bad. With this mod enabled.
