The clipping is not a problem,I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't unique to my game and I knew that you mod wasn't causing it because its only textures.
As for the scaled armor, definitely darker, one guy made the scales into actual metal scales which is kinda neat and makes sense, but it was at the watercolor looking default resolution. Here is a really good studded armor that might inspire. . .
No problem man, I just started working on it, did you have anything particular in mind? Because Im thinking some desaturated kind of look, with greyer fur and darker leather, maybe some richer scales or something I think As for the clipping I don't think there's anything I could do, because I don't know meshes very well but it's been an issue from day one for me so maybe someone will come along and fix it for us haha

No it clipps at the elbow for me too, and yes i could be persuaded for some alcohol and drugs hahaha, nah, I'll start something up this weekend, good sir, stay tuned for scaled armore retextures!!!!
