Somehow this made it into hot mods. It feels weird since I just made this mod to help me a bit during a difficult time in my life, when I uploaded this I was like "not sure if anyone will like this and if 5-10 people download it then it'll be great" 3 days later there are 200+ downloads.
Right next to the fletcher shop, across the blacksmith. I don't recall seeing any other mods that use this location, except a house mod called "The Lofty Loft"
'fraid yes if you're using Enhanced Solitude, don't remember what other mods do (like JK's Skyrim). Funnily enough, Enhanced Solitude also adds a player home/business in the same location.
Literally the only "game-breaking problem" (for me anyway) with this mod is that its in the city of Solitude (helloooo conflicts with major city-editing mods!). Literally. Every other tiny weeny lil' issue is easily fixed with either TES5Edit (like the lighting being dark) or Jaxonz Positioner or any similar mod (not enough storage for food items). That's it - only thing stopping me from using this DAMN NEAR PERFECT house is that its inside the city of Solitude. Had it been outside it would've been perfect - even if I don't use it ingame one of my fanfic characters could use it (think General Tullius).
With that being said....... I have a question. This mod adds a house in Solitude. Care to explain why are there Cell edits in..... Winterhold's College? Mainly the Hall of The Elements(sp?) & Hall of Attainment.
Nice home with proper navmesh work. Well done. Please clean the mod with Tes5edit The Draugr boss in Bleak Falls Barrow will not spawn with this mod installed.
I would like to give my first impressions, but first, understand, I have a weaker laptop pc, so it's not hard for it to be heavy on my framerate, but even with that, the house is lovely, and fun to look at, however, using a different enb, it's way to dark and shadows cover everything, so I can't see anything. The pool also takes a huge (and unnecessary in my opinion) hit on my framerate, but I think a way to avoid that is to maybe make a separate cell for the pool and maybe the crafting room? I don't know. I just know the more cells a mod has the easier on my computer mods are, even with my old video card. But the furniture is lovely, the layout pleasing, and the location scenic, so other than the heavy shadows, and the lag, it's a wonderfully designed home in my favorite Town. Thank you so much! I will try your ENB to see if that solves the darkness problems, but thanks for this beautiful home.
Edit: I've tried it, but to no avail. But it's still beautiful.

Hey! No problem if you can't do much to edit, I don't mind, and honestly it gives me a chance to maybe edit stuff myself. I appreciate your mod either way.
