I love it. One of the better layouts I've seen. Didn't have to spend time looking for each room. Few things I noticed wrong,I'm sure you may already know. The hidden passage in the study needs a little touch up. You can see through the walls. The doors open into the wall when entering a room. The path leading up to the house leaves you floating in air at times. Just little fixes,overall one of my favorite houses. Somethings I'd like to see added (just my preference) is some more areas to show off collectables. Mainly the dragon priest mask's altar (I love when this is added into a house). Some display cases. An area to place the dragon claws (i.e. gold,ebony,silver,ect). The passage way in the study,I'd love for that to actually be useful. Go somewhere. Maybe house some stuff,or even a secret escape tunnel or something.
Also something minor,again just my opinion. The inside doors do not match the style of the palace that well. In my opinion atleast.
Like I said,most of the changes I think should be made are based on my opinions,and I understand it's still a beta. Overall you're very creative. Did and awesome job and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with this next. Keep it up.
By the way,Having that (locked door,coming soon) is making me more anxious to see what's next.
Vulden, for the voice acting thing for this mod you can buy an USB Logitech Desktop Microphone from newegg.com or from ebay or amazon.com and then gather up the required people to correctly do the voice acting for the NPC's in this Mod and just follow the Creation Kit website tutorials for help, please reply today.
