Clean up the mess in Sinderion's Field Laboratory so you can live there.
Upgrade with some useful things, and useless decorations
Most of the random starting loot remains.
Collect it BEFORE upgrading, or it'll Havok everywhere.
Also, loot Sinderion's corpse BEFORE doing upgrades.
Lighting is unchanged.
New Location name, does not share Keywords with Blackreach, like "Falmer Hive"
Proper Keywords, like "Player Home" and "House"
Entire cell is now Player owned.
Upgrades Button Options:
Cleanup:
Removes cobwebs, mist, rubble, fallen stones, pipes
Replaces banners and rugs with new clean ones without holes.
Cooking:
Adds herbs and some food storage containers
Bedroom:
Changes bed to Common, b/c no sane person sleeps on stone!
Adds wardrobe containers, a knapsack, and shrine to Arkay
Armory:
Adds weapon plaques and racks, smithing workbench and materials chests
Crafting:
Adds alchemy and enchanting chests, Soul Gem and fragment storage
Shrines:
Adds a few Divine shrines (Julianos and Arkay), requested as separate package
Vampire:
Changes bed to a Coffin bed, adds Blood potion, Namira and Nocturnal shrines
Compatibility:
Alternate Start as Necromancer: YES
Perfectly fine, you appear in front the Dwemer button.
Anna NPCs: YES, naturally!
Mzetadata the Android can be found here, in the left corner by the bed (see picture).
Crimson Nirnroot Cheat Chest: YES, if you load my mod AFTER
Carefully cleaned in SSEEdit.
Only minor Navmesh changes, just checked it w/ upgraded furniture and Finalized.

My Screenies were taken using a Magelight, b/c it's pretty dark in there.
Mod is backported from SSE. UNTESTED in LE.
