    Help Needed: I need someone that is experienced with making Quests to give me a hand in some quests. I have ideas on some quests like collecting ingredients for teh castle cook for some special food as reward, some go steal an item for a reward, go kill something, ect. I have all the dialogue to be used and stuff, I just need something that knows thier way around the quest system that can do the scripting work, stages, objectives, ect to make it happen.       Just an update: I have not abandoned the project just to let everyone know. I am currently working on several things for a 1.0 final release. Things like quests, dialogue, some voice overs, full little bug fixes, and some other little minor things. So please if you have or are currently using Castle Dovah and you see anything then needs fixing or got some Ideas, let me know. Post em here, PM me, email me, I am always in search for ideas.

    Hey all I am currently working on porting the castle over to SE. Once done I will be picking up work on the castle for SE only. Until Skse64 comes out some the storage that worked with General stores and displays will be removed along with other little scripts here and there.

    I'm worried that the last update comment from you was last August. Have you abandoned the mod? I've been wanting to download, but I need to know. . .do you really "need" general stores, the patch, and the other general displays mod for this mod to work in general? Since I only house the "special items" in one place (won't be in this castle) I won't be using the displays for them here. So as long as that is the case, do I still need them?

    Hope you are still at least reading the comments from here. This looks like a great mod and I really do want to download. Hope I hear back.

    Hello,

    Can you make it buyable? Free houses are ruining my immersive game playing.
    You can still hide the deed and key for those who want it for free.

    Can somebody add the decent map picture so that people can exactely see where the castle is?

    Good mod, Huge!!. I will point out a few things that needs adjustment. Outside the castle near stable textures are off. Also I would like to see this without loads every room, and lastly make the slaughter fish non hostile.

      Hey EbonyScythe78,

      If you can take a screen of the textures area you are referring that would help alot and I have fixed all the hostile npc that I had in this next release. Anything else you may find or ideas you may have let me know. =)

      Edit: I am working on a more "open" version of the castle that will be released along side the next release. Note how ever that I will NOT be updating it if I do NOT receive any feedback on it.

    Just an update on Final Release: I am working on getting quests and dialogue done as well as a couple final tweaks and I be releasing 1.0 of the castle. I guess I will take it since nobody it commenting on the beta version that all is well and working properly, but if you see anything or have a suggestion or new something you would like to see added to the castle please let me know.

    NOTE: I am having issues not being able to place collision panels at the moment so there are a couple walls and inward corners that I have found that can be walked though. I can not fix this until I figure out why CK is not allowing me to place collision panels.

    Castle Dovah Revamped Beta has been released. If you DL it please be sure to report any bugs, glitches, and/or other issues you may find. Note Navmeshes are not done so followers will not enter Castle at the moment. If you are able to capture a screenshot of the bug, that would be extremely helpful.

    Heya folks! Just to let you all know I am semi-back to work on Castle Dovah. RL issues became increasingly demanding and I had no choice but to abandon work on the castle, but I am currently in process of doing a complete revamp over haul of the castle. I will be changing the location of the castle, building it into a mountain instead of having it out in the open like it was mostly due to my lacking in the ability of creating a good exterior to match the interior. I am also working on making the interior more "open" taking away all the load screens between each and every room. There is currently no set date for the beta release of the revamped castle, but hopefully soon.

    Also @crystadarker and anyone else that may be interested, I will be redoing some NPCs and will need some dialogue. Still in pen and paper mode on these "main" NPCs as to how they will be as far as race, age, attitude, ect., but if anyone if interested in assisting please contact me via PM and we will talk.

    I have tried loading this mod several times and the courier has yet to show his face. I don't know what else to do, I have followed the instructions but he still doesn't show.

      if the courier doesn't show up, just open console and type: help "key to castle dovah" 0
      it gives you the id for the key. then write in console : player.additem id 1 (you must write the id of that key)
      go to west of whiterun where you killed the first dragon in the game at western watch. you will find the castle easily.
