I have been using this mod for some time from the in-game mod board and it works as advertised for me, except the marriage thing. Not a complaint, simply a personal observation of my game. I have over 2000 hrs logged in so far. Mostly by creating a character and playing them to about lvl 35, then testing out a new character, or going back to lvl 1 and developing the character differently. I also enjoy using different companions with the different characters, and marrying different companions\housecarls. I have the Marriage Mod that allows for polygamy, and am somewhat successful in restraining myself from having an old sailor's dream of a wife in every port. I am ex Navy, been out for over forty years now. Really enjoy PnP roleplaying with a good circle of friends, playing Saturdays from about 1400 hrs to ? 0 dark hundred. I am no computer geek, barely computer literate, and almost totally self taught on a computers abilities( what little I do know). Hell I can copy and paste with the best. I love video gaming since my grandson got me hooked with Age of Wonders a while back. Then of course, the Baldur's Gate series, the 2 Vampire games Redemption and Bloodlines, the Fallout games, and now the TeS games. It makes game playing so much more immersive and fun with the mods I use from artists and visionaries like yourself. Thank you all for all your hard work. If you ever need your steam engine to work correctly, call me. I'll leave this to the experts in this field. My one question is, do you still maintain the one on steam as well. Or would it be better to use this one, or wait for awhile.
Just wanted to say thanks for this mod! She is a great follower. Fits right in when playing a sword and board type classic Nord/Viking Male play through. Great job, and thanks again!
So, downloaded the recommended mods, but she still has vanilla hair! Tried editing in the NPC Editor and that.. well.. failed. Anyone know a workaround to this?
Thank you to those who have downloaded and enjoyed this mod, and I'm glad what I've done is appreciated. I've been insanely busy, of late, and haven't given this mod much thought, to be honest. My original voice actress vanished off the face of the Earth, and with personal and professional obligations, I simply haven't had the time to work on getting this running with the depth I'd enjoy.
That said, I wanted to sound off, to let everyone know that this mod will NOT be abandoned, but it's been indefinitely "back-burnered." That said, eventually, I'll likely finish up all the writing and dialogue, and find myself a voice actress who I feel is appropriate to the character.
Glad that she's been working well, and I have gotten quite a few messages and mails about how stable she is. There are a number of issues with her Combat AI suite that I never had the chance to address, and her Thu'um was working in undesired ways, and with no intelligent design, artifical or otherwise. Hopefully, when I get back to work on this, all those issues - and more - will be properly addressed, and she'll become the character and companion I hope for her to be.
Thanks again for all the feedback, and I'll be back to re-designing and developing her in the near future, when I simply have more time for such idle pleasures.
