Forgot to mention: The plugins I merged have specific options I chose during the fomod installation (I use MO2). The main NPC replacer, Dawnguard and Dragonborn are all USLEEP versions. Main NPC replacer has warpaint for Dravynea, Eisa and Voldsea.
For Serana's plugin, I chose long hair, light makeup, fangs with eye glow, and default eye color.
Frea's plugin has warpaint and ONLY has Frea installed (I did not choose to install the optional follower Frida).
Please keep this in mind if you are replacing all of Pandorable's .esps with this merged plugin, you might get a grey face bug if you chose any other options in the fomod installer.

    Hi
Great job :) Deffinetly I would use with Bijin girls. It wont be conflict if I use Seranaholic ? Pandorable did great job but from my point of view Seranaholic is unbeatable.

Edit: Serana have 2a Fang + glow and also 3a Fang + glow...which one to choose ?

Pretty sure this will conflict with Seranaholic, as they both edit Serana's base appearance.
And I can't remember what the FOMOD installer options were for Serana's plugin, but I chose long hair, fangs with eye glow and the default eye color.
      Hope this helps!

      Hi
Thank you for replay. Well I have two options...Edit This package with TES5Edit and remove Serana or play whitout Seranaholic...and save one .esp slot. In fact Pandorable did really good looking Serana, I'm not saying is bad...Just Seranaholic is my really fav mod.
Still thank you for this merge pack and I will definitely use this package with Bijin's girls.
Great job and of course endorse this mod and Pandorable mods as well. Thank you

Edit: What selection you did for Dragonborn NPC ?

Can you please make a merge just for NPC's, DG, and DB?
I don't use the other three mods, if I use this merge now, will I got any problem? Or maybe those NPCs will not be affected?

You will absolutely have issues if you are missing any of the files. The mod will be referencing files that don't match up with what ought to be there and that's when bugs like the "dark face bug" show up.

      What Zelara said.
This merge has NPCs, DB, DG, Black-Briar Ladies, Serana and Frea. If you don't have the files included for all five mods, you'll most likely get a dark face bug.

Are people too lazy to just resave .esp in CK?

sorca97 - I honestly can't blame them. I haven't used the CK in over a year, it's an extremely outdated and buggy piece of software. It's a hassle just to do that.
But with that said, anyone is welcome to resave the .esp in CK themselves since I do not mod SSE.

"SSE Creation Kit Fixes" mod by Nuukem. Lifesaver. Takes the ages-long start-up process down to a few seconds. And now supports the updated CK version.

Thank you so much for this!
I'm assuming you chose all default options with the Dragonborn mod?

No problem! And honestly, I can't remember that well, but I can tell you that I gave a majority of them warpaint. I want to say there's a couple NPCs that don't have the warpaint option, but I don't remember which ones. I installed the mod long before I started the Dragonborn questline.

No problem! Your response to my post inspired me to make this public (with Pandorable's permission). If you come across any issues with this feel free to post them!

I wish I had the patience to do this type of thing myself. Thanks. I was already at my 255 plug in limit. Now I can install more armor mods....

Not a problem. I made this plugin after a little over a year of not having used Merge Plugins and after realizing I was approaching the 255 plugin limit myself. Glad it worked without issue, and hopefully it does the same for others.

Gamer Poet tutorial on Merge Plugins: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0S6cpCwTezE&feature=youtu.be

yes it is a long tutorial, but trust me it is worth it once you get the hang of it.

I learned how to do this with Gamer Poet's tutorial, after about a year of not using Merge Plugins.

I tried to merge a few npc mods before, always got the black face bug. How did you fix this issue, or perhaps never got it in the first place?

With this particular merge, I combined all the ESP files from Pandorable that I had in my current playthrough. I then went back and copied the meshes and textures folders from each of those mods and placed them in an archive with the merged ESP. If a mod has loose files included with a plugin, then any merge you make with that plugin needs to include those files, otherwise you'll likely run into issues, since those files are there for a reason. That was how I saw it.
And I had grey face bugs before I ever tried merging NPC mods. I didn't have this issue here since I was using six mods from the same author and none of them touched the same NPC. But my current playthrough has this merge, The Ordinary Women, Male NPC Overhaul, and Improved Bards (All-In-One). I saw many a grey face. Once I used xEdit to load all the conflicting NPC replacer mods, I deleted the records that were conflicting, and the grey face was gone.

I dont think "Black-Briar Ladies" belongs to Pandorable's NPCs. Why? Pandarable's NPC's were supposed to 100% compatible with Bijin Mods Family. Black-Briar Ladies is another version of two ladies from this mod and you cant have these two mods without overriding.

Bijin did Serana and Frea which are also included in this merge, but it doesn't matter - just let the version you prefer (mine or bijin) overwrite the other.

That's the downside with these all in one plugins, it's not very flexible!

I Use these in this order without any issues!
      Diversity
      Male NPC overhaul
      Kaliles NPC
      Dignified Elders
      Immersive Bards
      Northborne's NPC's of Riverwood
      Pandoras NPC's + DB + DG + Initiates
      Bijin all
      Pandora's Frea + Serana + Blackbriar
