I found the culprit, I forgot one texture and it currently uses one from SMIM. If you don't have it installed it doesn't show. (If you install SMIM it should fix the problem but you'll have to reinstall my mod afterward)
I'll post a patch tomorrow that will remove the SMIM dependency

Parallax mapping is an effect applied to textures in the game to give the illusion of full 3D depth
You don't need anything to make it work if you installed mods that add parallax meshes and textures, but having a ENB provides some fixes and generally make it more apparent.
In all my mods, parallax is enabled in meshes and displacement maps are provided so you just have to install it and have fun :)
