I remember years ago when i bothered to put some armor on a dummy. All was well then they started moving around & i never bothered again. Someone in comments suggested TES5?Edit fixes this but never clarified which file to edit. GREAT. Please share details lol anyone know which file to "edit" ?
That is a vanilla game issue and nothing to do with this mod.
The only way to fix a 'moving' mannequin is to make sure it is fully standing on navmesh. That requires the CK, not xEdit. USLEEP has fixed most of them. Any mod added ones you should ask the author to fix.
Would you do your own version of the now unavalible great mod, "realistic wooden mannequins"?. Like, make them all female for UNP and with nice wood textures. Just wondering, hoping. Ty.
These mannequins are really beautiful and tasteful! Thank you Hana and Happy New Year!
I use the mod in SSE. To be on the safe side, I ran the assets through Cathedral Asset Optimizer (mainly because of the meshes). Not sure if it was even necessary but it was like a 2 minutes affair, and they work great!
Use TES5Edit (or the CK, if you are a glutton for punishment) to turn off their ability to pick stuff up, head-track, or do any other kind of motion, and that should resolve it. Mine have finally been staying put.
The real question we should be asking, is why has this taken so long - i mean, its MARVELLOUS and fills such a huge gaping hole. Thankyou, you da real MVP
