Lydia becomes a spell-caster with all of J'zargo's presets + some additional improvements.

Tired of the same old boring sword and board Lydia? Want a spell-caster follower early on in your adventure as the Dragonborn and don't want to travel all the way over to Winterhold to get one? Do you want to have J'zargo as a follower without having to deal with his annoying quest or with his annoying personality? Then this is the mod for you as it converts Lydia into a close replica of J'zargo (but without the fur).

All changes to Lydia:
- Lydia's max level is no longer restricted to 50 but changed to a max level of 81 to match J'zargo.

- Lydia has been given 17 spells that she uses at her disposal. These are the exact same spells that J'zargo has access to. Like J'zargo she primarily uses lightning spells first, and fire spells as a secondary. In extended fights with upgraded gear (that you as the player will need to provide her with) she will begin to use the other spells.

- Lydia's old gear has been swapped with 'College boots' and 'Adept Robes of Destruction'. J'zargo wears 'Novice Robes of Conjuration' but I have decided to change this for two reasons. Firstly the passives of the Destruction robes better compliment her skill set and the dye applied to the robes is a similar colour to that of the armour the guards in Whiterun wear. She is also given a steel dagger as all the guards in Whiterun all utilize steel weaponry.

- Her aggression has been changed from aggressive to aggressive to match J'zargo. This means that she will no longer run off randomly attacking the nearest mud crab because it gave her a dirty look.

- Her confidence has been changed from foolhardy to average to match J'zargo. Her likelihood to die through your play-through should be lower now.

- Her class has been changed from 'Combat Warrior 1-handed' to 'Combat Sorcerer'

- Lydia's walk animation is changed from the male walk animation to the female walk animation. Since Lydia has changed her steel garments for an adept wizard's robe, the female walk animation fits better.

- Her point values for all skills have changed to be identical to J'zargo's.
- One handed: from 31 to 24
- Two handed: from 29 to 15
- Marksman: from 22 to 20
- Block: from 27 to 15
- Smithing: from 20 to 15
- Heavy Armour: from 26 to 19
- Light Armour: from 20 to 19
- Pickpocket: from 15 to 20
- Sneak: from 15 to 25
- Alchemy: from 15 to 20
- Speechcraft: from 20 to 15
- Alteration: from 15 to 22
- Conjuration: from 15 to 25
- Destruction: from 15 to 26
- Illusion: from 15 to 15
- Restoration: from 15 to 19
- Enchanting: from 15 to 15

- Her attribute points have changed to match J'zargo's:
- Health: from 158 to 92
- Magicka: from 50 to 75
- Stamina: from 67 to 58

- Her sneak sound level has remained normal, matching J'zargo, but her sneak skill has increased from 15 to 25. This coupled with the fact that she will be wearing robes means that she will be a better sneak companion.

Important information before installing!
- Because of the way the game is programmed, NPC's walk animations are constant values that are assigned when the NPC is created
and is linked to save data. So if you start a playthrough with the mod installed, acquire Lydia as a follower after defeating the first
dragon, and uninstall the mod, her walk animation will still be the new
female walk animation!!!
Please keep this in mind.

- The mod works best when installed for a new play-through (or at least before you encounter Lydia in the main story). If you use the mod on a current save after having acquired Lydia as a follower you will encounter two small issues. The first issue will be that her walking animation will not change to the female animation. Because of the way the game is programmed, NPC's walk animations are constant values that are assigned when the NPC is created and is linked to save data. The second bug is that when you first see Lydia again she will be wearing the Destruction robes, but as soon as you leave the area or trade items with her she will be back in her steel armour. To fix this just trade with her and take away her steel armour. She will be wearing the Destruction robes again.

Known issues:
- If you play the game in windowed mode the following bug might happen. After installing the mod, your game might freeze the first time you load a save. The window will show (not responding). Don't press anything and wait 10 seconds. The game will unfreeze and continue properly from then on. This bug only happens once if it does happen.
- Most likely will conflict with other Lydia mods to some extent. If you would like me to make a compatibility update for a certain other Lydia mod post a comment and I will consider it.

Installation instructions:
After downloading the .7z file unzip it and move the Lydia_is_jzargo.esp file into your
Skyrim's Data folder. The default location of this folder is usually:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data
After doing that change the load order so that the Lydia_is_jzargo.esp file is at the bottom of your load order.
Your load order should look something like this:
