I must say, of all the personal ini mods available, your screenshots are by far the most organized and comparative. Finding an ini is like shopping around and, find most stores to be a mess. I thank you for the extra time you put into this mod page. Endorsement coming for a job well done.
Ah, it can get complicated if you want the light sources to stay bright enough to be useful at night. You have to counterbalance the settings in the ini, otherwise you just get a black screen. The hard part is finding the balacning point between the settings, I am in the process of making nights darker though, and I will have an update ready by this weekend.
