    Yeah, the middle shot was the time of day I was originally gunning for. But it felt so cheap to only do nighttime or dusk shots of Markath, where my ENB brings out the lights. I wanted to do a daytime shot as well (and forgot to put away the torch). I couldn't choose which of them I found nicer in the end and just let fate decide as to which to use as an eyecatch.

    Never have I taken the time to look over Markarth. Now I see that I've missed so much! Fantastic Image Mid! I love the middle one in the description. The light being cast on the building walls adds such warmth to a cold, hard city.

    Y'know, when I saw the first shot with Vig standing there in broad daylight holding a torch I thought "oh, I get it - Midhras gave him the torch to illuminate his face hoping for a portrait, then panned out and realized that he had a big wide-screen cinemascope epic panoramic shot and forgot to put the torch away".

    Then I saw the dusky shots and it all made so much more sense.

    What does not make more sense is not using the middle shot in the bottom sequence as the hero shot. I'd have had friends and family sign up for nexus accounts just so they could endorse it too.

    Thanks all! I actually took about 8 different versions of the same shot. Really, all times are absolutely gorgeous there. I'm really fond that my ENB is able to differentiate so much between the various times of day. That's what I really aimed for, for screenarchery's sake.

    Spectacular! Thanks for the different daytime/light variations - they are all great, I can't even say which one is my favorite! +
