I've been tinkering with a couple of new character ideas, and thus playing through the opening sequence maybe a few too many times the last day or two. The upside is that there's really a lot of interesting stuff going on in Helgen if you just take the time to look around. Ferris Beuller was right after all.

    Thanks all. Sort of a serendipitous capture here... I was framing up one shot, then realized that there was another far superior picture waiting to be had if I just thought a little outside the box.

    Helgen was such a nice and hectic little cataclysm. I loved the fireballs shooting after Alduin like fantasy scud missiles. That glare is so menacing.
